The Regulatory Paralegal will
mainly support the Regulatory Legal Compliance Team. The Regulatory Legal Team is responsible for
all state and federal telecommunications-related compliance. The Regulatory Paralegal will interact with
internal business owners and external regulatory agencies- all focusing on
compliance and managing the processes that support these efforts. More
specifically the position will work directly with the Regulatory Legal
Compliance Team attorneys to draft regulatory pleadings, research various
regulatory topics, draft communications with regulatory agencies and customers,
and assist with regulatory certification management. This position will also help manage contract
review requests and other general legal
requests from internal business owners, the Regulatory and Legal Compliance
attorneys, and the Deputy General Counsel.

maintain compliance research databases
Assist with logging, drafting,
preparing, and reviewing of NDAs, contractual documents, and real estate
documents, as needed
correspondence for attorneys and assisting in other routine administrative
and state telecom requirements
regulatory rules or rule changes and communicate such changes through corporate
policies, procedures, including communication with executive level team members
demand notices for financial services that are compliant with regulatory rules.

duties as assigned by managementQualifications
At least 3-5
years of paralegal experience required, and experience with administrative law
or telecommunications experience is heavily preferred.
in a corporate environment is also preferred.
knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint is required.
