As a Permanent Maintenance Manager, you will be a key player in our highly dynamic and technologically advanced Manufacturing Industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our equipment and systems. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance team, ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and systems are running at optimal efficiency. You will also be expected to develop and implement maintenance procedures and systems, and to manage budgets and resources effectively. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all industrial machinery and equipment, including PLCs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and lifespan.
3. Manage and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
4. Troubleshoot complex machinery issues and provide technical support to the maintenance team.
5. Manage the maintenance budget and resources, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
6. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and equipment performance.
7. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
8. Provide regular reports on maintenance activities and equipment status to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Associate's degree in Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance management, with a focus on PLCs, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Proven experience in managing a maintenance team.
5. Excellent knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.
6. Strong budgeting and resource management skills.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
8. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
9. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
10. Proficient in the use of maintenance software and tools.
11. Certification in Maintenance Management is a plus.
