Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Hybrid Pittsburgh, PA

Eos Energy Enterprises Inc. Turtle Creek, PA Full-Time

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides daily support in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and administration relative to the hiring and retention of employees. Reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.


* Conduct Intake meeting with hiring manager
* Open jobs in ATS. Post requisitions to various external job boards. Review resumes and source qualified candidates for assigned roles.
* Evaluate response and develop alternate methods of sourcing qualified candidates
* Coordinate and schedule phone screens, Team virtual and in person interviews
* Partner with hiring managers and interview panelists to effectively coordinate schedules with the candidates. Conduct debriefs on candidate interviews
* Create offer templates and route for approval. Create offer letters/packets and deliver to candidate
* Coordinate and facilitate the new hire orientation process, including scheduling and conducting the orientation, ensuring accurate new hire paperwork completion, and creating the employee file.
* Coordinate all aspects of the pre-boarding and on-boarding processes. Ensuring candidate pre-employment requirements such as background checks and offer letters are met. Ensure a smooth transition for the new hire. Serve as an ambassador of the employee experience.
* Responsible for maintaining new hire lists
* Assist with Social Media Campaign and Branding efforts. Champion for an outstanding candidate experience for every candidate from start to finish
* Attend recruitment events (registration, scheduling attendees, packing/shipping materials, communicate details to attendees prior to the event, assist with advertising, etc.)


* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate HR/Recruiting department, employment agency, or sales or marketing organization
* Technical skills (Internet searches, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
* Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy


* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
* Experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity across multiple teams
* Obsessed about candidate experience. You are self-aware, professional, detail-oriented, well-spoken on the phone, and eloquent in emails.
* You're friendly, efficient, responsive, and trustworthy, so you'll keep candidates informed and keep their information confidential
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
