Position opening for a Leasing Consultant for Luxury Apartments. This position is Full-Time and is not a Remote Job. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and assist in leasing our luxury apartments to potential tenants.

• Manage leasing activities for luxury apartments including showing units to potential tenants, answering inquiries, and processing applications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective tenants to ensure high occupancy rates.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conduct property tours, and assist tenants with any leasing-related issues.
• Assist with marketing efforts such as creating listings, updating online platforms, and participating in outreach events.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, contracts, and tenant information.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prior experience in leasing, property management, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing procedures.
