International law firm has an immediate opening for a highly skilled and visionary corporate paralegal. If you are a motivated self-starter and standout colleague with good computer skills and ability to multi-task, with a real passion for the legal industry, this may be the position for you. You will report directly to the practice head for the International Corporate Department. This is a great opportunity for you to take the next step in your paralegal career and become part of a dynamic, growing firm.
How you will make an impact
• Research and analysis of complex transactional documents in various Merger and Acquisition work
• Provide support to attorney through all phases of cases from intake to trial
• Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy work load
• 3+ years of experience and knowledge of corporate transactional work and M&A deals
• Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
• Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
• Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
