Basic Function

Candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related

tasks.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Create and prepare routine business materials, presentations and other communications and correspondence, ensuring materials are prepared timely, accurately, and in a highly professional manner.

  • Arrange for delivery, proofreading, verifying and editing materials for extreme accuracy and clarity, including coordination with outside counsel and service providers as appropriate.

  • Maintenance of project and correspondence files and keeping all matters current and complete.

  • Coordinating and working with outside organizations to assist in organizing seminars and conferences and associated travel arrangements.

  • Perform general administrative duties in support of departmental operations which including processing invoices, expense reports, making travel arrangements, and participation in staff meetings.

  • Perform pipeline reporting

  • Marketing supply inventory management including ordering, monitoring and distributing marketing materials

Basic Qualifications

Associate's degree or two (2) years relevant experience in lieu of degree

Minimum two years of experience providing administrative support

Moderate to advanced Excel

Proficient in MS Word

Comfortable learning new computer programs

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to create PowerPoint presentations

Experience using Salesforce

Experience using ERM
