**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage daily operations of waste water treatment facilities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of plant operators, technicians, and other staff.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and maintenance plans.
- Monitor and analyze treatment processes and performance metrics.
- Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to maintain compliance.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
- Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot operational issues.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in waste water treatment operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of waste water treatment processes, equipment, and technology.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using treatment plant management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to safety and environmental regulations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Wastewater Treatment Operator) are preferred.
