CDL A Company Driver - OTR
KAM-WAY has openings for Van Drivers running the Southwest and West Coast Region.

SOLO OTR DRIVERS - SEMI DEDICATED ROUTES
Average $1900 A Week, Out 3-4 Weeks, Back 3-4 Days

  • $1,500 Sign on Bonus
  • $0.57-$0.61 CPM - Benefits
  • $0.61-$0.65 CPM - No Benefits
  • 2,750 - 3,100 Average Weekly Miles
  • Veterans Earn and Additional 1 Cent Per Mile
  • W2 Position
  • 2-3 Weeks Out - Varies Based on Location/Request
  • Monthly Production Pay Based On Mileage (In Addition to Base Pay)
    • $100 - 10,000 miles
    • $200 - 11,000 miles
    • $300 - 12,000 miles
    • $400 - 13,000 miles
  • All Models Newer than 2020 - 2023
    • APUs, Inverters, Refrigerators
  • Anniversary Pay
  • Detention Pay
  • Orientation Pay
  • Winter Chain Pay
  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - 75% Employer Contribution
  • Weekly Pay - Direct Deposit

Requirements
  • 18 Months Verifiable CDL A Experience Hauling Dry Van or Reefer
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Must Meet FMCSA Requirements
