Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record in negotiation, settlement, research, and agreements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of pre-litigation matters and contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will:

1. Manage a diverse portfolio of pre-litigation personal injury cases from start to finish.
2. Conduct thorough legal research to understand and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in personal injury cases.
3. Negotiate settlements effectively to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and other legal documents related to personal injury cases.
5. Provide legal advice to clients on their rights and obligations.
6. Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective case strategies.
7. Represent clients in court, if necessary, and present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in legal proceedings.
8. Stay updated with the latest legal trends and regulations related to personal injury law.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation matters.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and settle cases effectively.
5. Strong research skills and a deep understanding of personal injury laws and regulations.
6. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal agreements.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
8. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
10. High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the court.
