The Creative Group (TCG) has multiple opportunities for Project Managers in San Francisco! As a Project Manager you could be responsible for overseeing the production of marketing materials including but not limited to print media, direct mail, television, digital campaigns, signage, etc. The Project Manager works closely with the Marketing team, Art Director and Copywriter, and cross-departmentally, outside vendors, and other stakeholders. You are responsible for coordinating the work of designers and producers on simultaneous projects, overseeing proofs to internal staff and other departments, and ensuring that finished products are accurate and delivered on time. RESPONSIBILITIES • Create and oversee schedules for multiple large projects (print and digital) ensuring appropriate distribution of time and resources • Integrate digital and traditional marketing campaigns by updating departmental processes, managing shared assets, and learning about digital capabilities and best practices • Orchestrate necessary functions for website and app management/maintenance such as scheduling, sourcing assets, developing milestones, assisting with implementation of strategic decisions • Coordinate the production of advertising creative including (but not limited to): direct mail, print advertising, broadcast, digital video, outdoor, signage, digital banners, emails, web site • Oversee all proof traffic to appropriate internal and external stakeholders for proofing • Manage budgets of projects requiring outside vendors, including printers, animators, rich media developers, and more as needed

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience preferred • Strong computer and organization skills and exceptional communication skills required • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills • Experience in direct mail practices, managing graphic design and knowledge of printing process and negotiation preferred • Works well with a variety of people and personalities in a highly fast-paced environment • Qualified candidates will have high level of energy, be goal-oriented, and have the initiative to manage multiple projects simultaneously in deadline-driven environment • Sense of humor, balanced work/life approach, creative, and positive, with a can-do attitude are desirable attributes. • College degree or equivalent experience required Please e-mail your resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]!
