Software Application Developer (MEDIOR)

Already 200+ terminal operators worldwide successfully optimized their gate, rail, crane and yard processes using our highly accurate OCR technology, robust kiosk systems and advanced software. Terminals of all types and sizes can employ our solutions to optimize their operations and improve their customer service level.

You will develop new applications and frameworks and expand existing products as a full-stack developer. Your responsibilities include:

1. Persisting the code according to the established Git flow.
2. Submitting high-quality finished code to the reviewers.
3. Configuring software correctly.
4. Translating desired specifications into code.
5. Testing the software and identifying problems.
6. Carrying out maintenance work and updates to existing software.
7. Independently investigating and solving product problems.
8. Writing accompanying technical documentation.
9. Performing analysis of new features.
10. Researching and testing various options to solve problems and develop new technologies.
11. Reporting to the team lead on a regular basis.
12. Acting as a mentor for new colleagues, guiding them through their training and tasks.

You have a master's degree in computer science/information technology and a passion for programming.

You have at least 3 years of programming experience.

You have experience with an OO language such as C# or Java (C#, ASP.NET, API design).

Experience in Angular is a plus! If not, there is training available for you.

You possess good knowledge of programming principles such as OO SOLID and design patterns.

You enjoy working in a team and can work well on a project basis.

Additionally, you have a strong work ethic and can solve tasks and problems independently.

You speak Dutch and English well.
