Project Supervisor

About the role

The Project Supervisor coordinates -  remediation and sustainment activities and supervises - personnel as required to successfully complete the project safely, on schedule, and on budget incorporating sustainable development practices.

What you'll be doing

Coordinates and supervises a project plan and outline the resources needed to complete each phase of the project. Project supervisor must understand how each component contributes to the project to best supervise it to completion.

Interact clearly, constructively and positively with all organizational departments to ensure   projects   are completed effectively and with minimal disruption to residents.

Project Supervisor coordinates with Quality Control Manager on project completion.

Strong working knowledge of standard management concepts, practices, and procedures.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Develop and maintain relations with clients as required establishing correct interfaces and presenting professional image.

Issue status reports, analyzes potential issues and trouble shoot problem areas

Performs other duties as assigned.

Typical Physical Demands: Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs.

Who we're looking for

  • 5+ years of successful work experience in property management and project coordination experience.
  • Experience in scheduling, process management and project management
  • Ability to lead, manage and hold accountable contractors and staff
  • Proven experience planning and managing operations, and developing short, medium and long-range organizational plans
  • Possess strong organizational skills and proven capability to plan and manage multiple projects while adhering to budget requirements and constraints
  • Must have strong presentation skills and ability to effectively engage with various public, and government organizations
  • Must have strong interpersonal relations skills and excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office a must: Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License
