Pay Range Salary 60-70K Annually
ADT Solar is looking for a Business Administrative Manager (BAM) who will need to be a perceptive, organized, personable, and highly detail-oriented administrative manager to oversee office operations and administrative responsibilities. The administrative manager will assist the leadership team in the recruitment, hiring, and training, of new staff, in addition to improving policies, systems, and procedures; and generally, ensuring the office and team operate smoothly and efficiently.
To succeed as an administrative manager, you should be focused on streamlining office operations to maximize quality and efficiency while managing various aspects of the organization. You should be an effective communicator, analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Business Operations Manager (BOM) with supervising the day-to-day operations of staff members
* Assist with monitoring the success of efficient and effective delivery of ADT Solar installation and service
* Assist BOM with hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary
* Complete and maintain necessary paperwork for HR (transfers, pay changes, coaching/counseling, PIPs, bonus submissions, etc.)
* Oversee onboarding and ensure that all necessary safety training is complete for field employees
* Approve timecards and act as liaison between branch and HR/Payroll departments
* Maintain confidentiality regarding all employee disciplinary, medical, and personal matters
* Assist team with travel arrangements, expense reports, field bonuses, etc. as needed
* Developing, reviewing, and improving systems, policies, and procedures
* Working with the leadership team to set budgets, monitor spending, and manage various aspects of the branch
* Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, interviews, orientations, and training sessions
* Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals
* Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities
* Working with Fleet department to manage drivers, DOT licensure requirements, maintain records and reconciliation of fuel cards as needed
* Supports internal and external audit activities, as required, to ensure that auditors are provided with the necessary information to complete their audits timely
* Assist with the data collection, preparation and analysis of cost reports and audits
* Assist with administrative and marketing tasks as needed/assigned
* Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems
* Maintain clean and safe office environment through coordination of vendors
* Additional duties as assigned
