Position: Manager of CRM Strategy
Location: Irving / Las Colinas
Estimated Duration: Full-Time
Rate: Around $120,000 per year + 15% annual bonus

Our client, a retail company with a global presence based in Irving, TX is looking for a Manager of CRM Strategy! This is an opportunity to join an established, global brand as part of an exciting new CRM program.
The successful Manager of CRM Strategy is equal parts analytical, collaborative, influential, strategic and hands-on. You should be able to take a marketing concept; create a compelling, data-based business case around it; convince the organization of its merits; and then bring your plan to life.
The IDEAL Manager of CRM Strategy has a 4-year degree; 7+ years' marketing, loyalty or CRM experience in B2C, retail or hospitality; and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create highly personalized customer journeys and new test / learn campaigns in collaboration with Business / Product Owners.
- Produce insights; determine where to focus efforts; and prioritize journeys, tests and projects in close collaboration with Analytics team.
- Work with creative, business, tech and analytics teams to bring new campaigns and programs to life.
- Constantly evaluate CRM program for opportunities to improve and meet business objectives simultaneously.
