Main Duties Responsible for answering and directing all company-wide calls in a professional and timely manner using a digital multi-line phone system. Process customer phone orders including answering questions regarding products and pricing. Enter, as needed, customer phone orders into the customer order database and process order in accordance with company standards. As requested, contact customers directly to process orders via the phone. Researching and providing customers with delivery order details. Triaging customer questions in order to direct them to the right department, participating in assisting customers to resolve order issues. File Maintenance; maintain and file all customer orders in filing system, including boxing and moving files to warehouse on a monthly or as needed basis. Process customer credits; entering credit information into customer database, process credit reports and ensure credits are applied appropriately. Greet all vendors and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Other Duties as assigned Run customer order and credit reports on a weekly, monthly or as needed basis. Provide back up support for Accounts Receivable, as needed. Participate in annual physical inventory. Assist with administrative support; typing letters, order guides or general support as requested. Qualifications & Experience Graduation from high school and 1-2 years' related experience in general office support or combination of education and experience required. Experience with digital phone system with multiple lines is highly desired. Customer service and/or administrative support related experience preferred. Proficiency with word-processing and spreadsheet software which includes MS Word and Excel required. Must be able to multi-task, problem solve and provide excellent customer service.
