Cost Analyst with Security Clearance

Summary: The candidate will enhance the quality of the client’s IT budget and spend data to enable a more centralized and robust view of IT planned spend throughout the enterprise. The candidate will realign existing Technology Business Management (TBM) processes and leverage expertise and industry best practices to plan and implement the remaining execution of TBM to meet OMB 2025 mandate and provide the client with cost transparency and data-driven decision-making. Requirements:
• An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree + FIVE (5) or more years of relevant experience
• If no degree, EIGHT (8) or more years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents
• Experience with writing SOWs, IGCEs, Market Research, J&As for Information Technology, Professional Services, Research and Development, and/or Cybersecurity requirements
• Ability to present information and respond effectively to sensitive issues.
• Ability to solve problems involving various complex situations. "nice to have":
