The Digital Tools Success Manager will own the CTVista+ customer setup experience and will drive CTVista+ adoption. This individual will be responsible for setting up needs, communicating these needs to the support team, and ensuring a successful setup. 


  • Be the primary driver of the configuration, setup, and troubleshooting of new CTVista+ applications. 

  • Drive CTVista+ adoption and ensure on an ongoing basis that key customers are happy with the CTVista+ platform.

  • Proactively document and make recommendations for potential plant improvements pertaining to data capture and reporting.

  • Support the CTVista+ Training and Adoption Manager in providing sales team and customer training, as needed.

  • Work with the Corporate Sales Team to drive the correct alignment and setup across multiple facilities that are aligned to a specific corporate account.

  • Identify barriers to achieving CTVista+ adoption, provide this feedback to the CTVista+ team, and contribute ideas to improve CTVista+.

  • Manage the CTVista+ Support Team to ensure that CTVista+ requests and issues are closed in a timely manner. Prioritize these issues and escalate items to the development team as needed.

  • Project management for the CTVista+ development team to achieve the required integration specific to new integrations for controllers and DCSs that are not a part of the existing CTVista+ integration portfolio.

  • Help with testing in the development environment for items in CTVista+ development (enhancements).

  • The role will initially be entirely focused on the proprietary ChemTreat CTVista+ data management program. In the future, the role may expand to include other digital tools. 


  • Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or other scientific field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in the industrial water treatment field
  • Technical, Analytical skills, and business knowledge
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills; Teamwork and leadership 
  • Organizational skills; Self-management
  • Deep knowledge of the technical aspects of the industrial water treatment business
  • Good understanding of the setup and application of analytical controllers in the industrial water treatment business
  • Ability to work closely with sales people and customers; to assess and communicate needs, with a good attention to detail to ensure customer needs are met
  • Ability to teach technical topics to audiences with varying degrees of sophistication and knowledge of the subject being taught
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus
  • May require long hours & varied work schedules  
  • Constantly required to sit and occasionally required to walk, stand, climb (includes stairs), balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk, hear, and smell
  • Constantly using hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, and computer keyboards. 
  • Routinely required to reach with hands and arms, squat, turn/twist, or reach, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 60 pounds and sometimes required to maneuver drums weighing 250-800 pounds
  • Occasionally required to climb stairs and ladders and work at high elevations for extended periods of time.
  • Occasionally required to drive both short and long distances, not to exceed DOT regulations 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

  • Required to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which may include: eye, hearing and respiratory protection, protective apron, steel toe shoes, gloves, hard hats, or face shields.
  • Occasionally in extreme heat conditions
  • Required to use ear plugs for hearing protection 
  • Both Indoor and outdoor sites may have high noise levels
  • Site location may be at a boiler house 
  • Outdoor site can be located at a cooling tower, water plant, wastewater plant, or a process area. 
  • Use of hazardous chemicals is routine.
  • Collaborative working environment working; position touches all levels within the customer organization                  
  • Trust and respect for customers and ChemTreat field and leadership teams
  • Travel ~50 - 75%, will vary; primarily North American but may include Latin America.
