Growing food manufacturer is looking for a Sanitation Manager for their facility in Schaumburg. The Sanitation Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining sanitation programs and maintaining plant cleanliness and food safety. You would be monitoring the day-to day operations to ensure plant cleanliness, analyze issues/provide solutions, coordinate purchasing of supplies and sanitation equipment, ensure plant compliance with sanitation procedures and safety programs, enhance, implement and enforce the policies and procedures. You would also be responsible for overseeing the work activities and professional training and development of 5 direct reports and 120 indirect. This position would be covering the evenings shift and weekends and hours would be anticipated to be 12am-8pm with some flexibility.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related
-5+ years of sanitation experience within a food manufacturing facility
-Leadership experience
-Previous USDA experience preferred
