The Ignite Sales Enablement Manager specializes in creating and delivering remote training and enablement using creative ways to improve sales acumen and sales tactics that translate into successful performance for our Associate Account Executives. You will help deliver on firm goals, coordinate between different office functions to create content and track performance, identify and quantify effective sales strategies and continually review and deploy improved methods.

What you'll do
* Design, develop, and deliver outstanding remote learning programs that are experiential, drive behavior change and increase enablement and performance within our global Sales business units.
* Grow valued relationships with team members across the organization
* Evaluate the business impact of learning programs through qualitative and quantitative metrics.
* Communicate and run program objectives and deployment plans
* Builds the appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales force. Facilitate onboarding and sales workshops
* Design course curriculum, facilitator guides, activities and content for sales enablement sessions.
* Learn company sales framework
* Attend enablement meetings to collaborate with others, gain knowledge, and co-develop enablement material
* Supports product launches by preparing and enabling the Ignite GTM Sales Team to understand and sell our solutions.
* Responsible for all aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for Ignite sales, including training, content creation, deployment, delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
* Supports frontline sales managers and sales leadership team in executing effective sales coaching and partnering with Program Managers and mentors to drive best practices of new hires.
This role requires
* Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and standard methodologies.
* Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
* Expert ability to plan and facilitate meetings.
* Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
* High adaptability and flexibility, including managing deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
* Highly-developed training, presentation, and written communication skills.
* Quick learner and strategic problem solver - proficient in analyzing business needs and selling value to customers.
* Consistent record of designing and executing creative sales enablement learning programs.
* Proficient in establishing metrics and measurements to convey the success of learning and performance (Value & Benchmarking)
* Executive presence - strong in building and maintaining relationships
* Experienced at prioritizing and meeting timelines in a fast pace, constantly evolving environment
* Excellent teammate with good leadership skills
* Outstanding writing, presentation, and visual communication skills are a must.
* Remotely based in the US Eastern time zone and ready to travel where required (max. 20%)
Bonus points if you have
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree
* 7 years of related work experience in a sales role
* Working knowledge of other languages
