- Establish new and maintain current referral source relationships with hospitals, physicians, mental health professionals, agencies, schools and payors.
- Leads in-service meetings to educate clinicians and the community on our scope of clinical practices and services.
- Looks for opportunities to develop psychiatric and substance use (SU) related treatment opportunities for population of all ages to meet the needs of the community and clinical professionals.
- Facilitate communication between Sonora and community hospital staff to ensure resolution of admission and other concerns.
- Works closely with the Director of Business Development Director (DBD), Director of Nursing (DON), and clinical department directors (i.e. Admissions, Clinical Services, Risk & Quality).
- Assists in planning and executing marketing events.
- Serves on committees as assigned, both internally and externally.
- Meets expected productivity to assist the facility in meeting the budgeted service utilization.
- Uses CRM to document sales activities as well as creating data driven, strategic sales plans.
- Assigned to a territory within Tucson and outlying areas.
