We are looking for a team of call center reps for a project with our customer, a well-known testing site.
Weekday: Coverage needed from 10:00am - 8:00pm Monday through Friday. This will be broken up into 4 Part Time Shifts:
10:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 6:00pm
10:00am - 4:00pm
4:00pm - 8:00pm
*Some shifts could potentially be combined ex: 10-2 & 2-6
12:00pm - 4:00pm Saturday & Sunday
Duration: 1 year contract with option to extend
Rate: 17.00 per hour W2
We are building a team of motivated, organized, energetic individuals with strong customer advocacy skills to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, providing excellent customer service and care.
Deliver superior support to clients, handling customer inquiries and complaints
Answer calls, listen and empathize while documenting the steps you took to resolve the issue
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot customer inquiries with care while gathering detailed information and updating customer files.
Identify and escalate priority issues; directing cases to appropriate teams and resources as needed
Respond to calls, email and live chat inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Proactively follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers when
2-5 years prior experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask, handling multiple calls per hour
Results-oriented professional consistently delivering in an evolving environment Experience building and maintaining positive rapport with customers
