We are looking for an experienced project coordinator to take a long-term strategic position within a global capital project execution function of a major international EPC currently planning and executing significant international programmes.
This is a position for a Project Management professional, or Discipline Project Lead looking to advance into Project Management who has demonstrated capabilities to manage and coordinate high-performing Construction and Project teams in the planning and execution of engineering and design deliverables and the coordination of all engineering activities, and the management and coordination of all third-party and client engineering activity.

Overview of Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for interface management
- Ensure project activities are fully compliant with daily interface with QA/QC teams.
- Surveillance of Subcontractor and supplier activities within their respective work scopes.
- Development and maintenance of the Interface Plan and other key project documents
Previous Experience/Qualities:
- Pre-FEED/FEED through Construction & Commissioning experience is a must
- Previous experience on Petro/chemical projects is highly advantageous
- Strong communicative skills to liaise and coordinate between stakeholders
- An eagerness to engage and add value to the project team
- Previous Experience managing Interface Document Registers are highly advantageous
- A dynamic approach to project challenges
