Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include, but are not limited to:
  • Interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
  • Able to act and respond in a professional and mature manner and must be confidential interacts directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face handles and resolves customer inquiries & complaints processes orders, forms, applications and requests recording details of actions taken may process customer payments and be responsible for cash drawer balancing directs requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource manages customers' accounts keeps records of customer interactions and transactions records details of inquiries, comments and complaints communicates and coordinates with internal departments other duties as assigned.
 
Education/Equivalent:
  • High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License in state of residency and the ability to meet risk management guidelines
 
Work Experience Needed:
  • 1-2 years' experience in an office environment, preferred Experience working with customers and the client Duration and discipline Entry level 1-2 years
 
Requirements:
  • This role is a mix between customer service rep and admin assistant Special Skills/Abilities Needed: Able to multitask Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email knowledge of customer service principles and practices Computer skills/knowledge of relevant computer applications ability to type knowledge of administrative procedures numeric, oral and written language applications product knowledge interpersonal skills communication skills verbal and written listening skills problem analysis and problem-solving attention to detail and accuracy data collection and ordering customer service orientation adaptability initiative ability to remain calm under stressful conditions Nature & Scope
