Lennar is looking to add a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer II to its growing Customer Journey IT team.  

The Company has recently completed the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM’s core Sales functionality to our Land Acquisition teams across the country.  We are actively looking to provide more robust functionality to our current users and also expand CRM capabilities into our Land Development teams. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and be able to design, develop, test, and implement solutions.


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, configuration, security, reporting, dashboards, web resources, data integrations, and file management
  • Knowledge of O365, Power Platform, Data Export Service, and Azure SQL
  • Ability to extend CRM functionality with customizations or plug-ins
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards within CRM and Power BI
  • Configure and customize CRM per user stories and work with BSAs to facilitate testing/deployment
  • Work with Business Systems Analysts to understand business requirements
  • Help identify how Dynamics 365 CRM can best meet business needs
  • Provide application support, including fixing bugs and defects
  • Performs intermediate level of coding and complex configuration
  • Ensures developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented
  • Regularly communicate with Lead Developer and Solution Architect to report status and ensure solutions are implemented in alignment with IT strategy and standards
  • Adhere to release management and change management processes
  • Executes assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Quickly grasps technical and business concepts


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Microsoft CRM Certifications preferred

Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
