Technical Writer

1. Will research and gather information from other team resources.
2. Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and users.
3. Maintaining proper documentation versions.
4. The ability to use MS Suite of applications.
5. AutoCad would be a plus.

This person must be proficient in formatting and will be responsible for creating and designing technical documents such as manuals, drawings, flowcharts, and other instructional tools to develop procedural documentation/workbooks.

The ideal candidate is an excellent writer, able to convey technical concepts in simple, clear instructions with detailed images such as charts or diagrams. He/she will be intimately familiar with the product features and functionalities.

Requirements:

1. Three years of recent experience is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
