* Proactively onboarding, training, and driving usage with new and existing Public Library customers
* Partnering with our Public Library Sales team
* Sharing best practices with Public Libraries to improve usage of their NewsBank resources
* Maximizing product adoption with patrons
* Developing customer advocates to capture testimonials
* Sharing leads and best use customer stories with Sales to generate upgrades
* Takes initiative; ability to work independently
* Proficient with CRM, standard software including on-line meeting software, Microsoft Office, and Excel
* Bachelor's degree

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

* 2+ years working in or with libraries or teaching experience
* Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, active listening)
* Ability to convey a positive and engaging professional image to customers
* Positive, pleasing personality
* Establish and maintain customer relationships
* Ability to multi-task
* Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, follow-through
* Excellent organizational skills
* Team player
