Job Description

Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant
Contract to hire! 

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Coordinate onboarding of new staff members 
  • Prepare and process travel and reimbursement requests 
  • Process supply and catering requests and invoices 
  • May serve as liaison/coordinator for special projects or workgroups 
  • Track and maintain attendance records for regular submission

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent GED required 
  • Prefers five (5) years of prior administrative experience 
  • Solid understanding of Outlook, SharePoint, Ariba, Concur, Microsoft Office
  • Requires ability to type 35 wpm
