Executive Director, Value Realization & Optimization, Manufacturing & Distribution
- Prioritize, and support the delivery of Global Supply Chain value creation projects encompassing cost, agility, sustainability, and business continuity initiatives utilizing data analytics and proven methodologies, (Ideation workshops, Lean/CI, and Project Management) to drive efficient value delivery
- Lead the Manufacturing and Distribution pillar in the identification and delivery of Global value realization and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Factory and DC’s Brand specific value analysis)
- Lead the VRO team in cross functional Brand and Factory ideation workshops to identify step change opportunities to drive sustainable and long term value creation
- Build the business case to drive transformative value creation opportunities while influencing the organization to move forward on the top ideas
- Ensure effective collaboration and alignment with Brands, R&D, Procurement, Plants, CI/Lean, and Central Engineering PMO to leverage the data analytics team to identify and drive effective value realization projects
- Lead Global Supply Chain complexity and waste elimination projects supporting our Sustainability, Agility, and Savings targets
- Drive pillar performance versus agreed pillar KPIs; guide and manage team performance and measure team's ROI
- Work with the engineering center to drive talent / capability development for the pillar to ensure consistency/continued excellence (e.g. training, talent retention)
- Subject-matter expertise with regard to manufacturing optimization approaches (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, automation, robotics)
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Package, Chemical preferred)
- 10+ years experience in Supply Chain/ Manufacturing & Distribution
- Experience in Procurement, Process improvement / validation, Lean & CI, Package development & technology
Experience with KPIs - COGs/Margin Improvement (Incl. Waste Elimination), Network Optimization (Speed/Agility/Continuity), Speed to Realization
- Ability to travel globally to manufacturing and distribution sites
