Morehead-Cain Foundation has immediate opportunity for a CRM Business Systems Analyst for a newly created position in Chapel Hill, NC. This position is onsite on the University of North Carolina campus.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the first and foremost merit scholarship program in the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience leading the implementation of an enterprise CRM system. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Act as staff lead for the implementation of the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the transfer of all relevant data from Microsoft Access to Microsoft Dynamics
- Act as the business systems subject matter expert on the CRM and other software systems and tools
- Act as liaison to and manager of the systems integrator hired to lead the implementation project
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, define scope of potential changes, propose technical and/or process options, and deploy selected solutions
- Oversee the creation of standard operating procedures (SOP) documentation and help ensure that established processes are being implemented correctly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business administration– or IT-related field
- 6+ years of experience in a systems analyst capacity
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Sales (CRM), Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI strongly preferred
- Experience working at a non-profit / fundraising background preferred
- Professional, accountable, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders
