The Certified Nurses Aide works under the supervision of the Director, Supervisor and/or Executive Director, and is responsible for the delivery of efficient, safe patient care with established Mercy policies and procedures. Duties to include admission of patients according to hospital policy, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADL's) to include bathing, dressing, and undressing, feeding, positioning, comforting, ambulation, and other activities as necessary. May perform other assigned duties as required. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Minimum of less than 1 year experience
Certifications: Certified Nurses Aide in Missouri, must have current BLS certification before assigned to care for patients independently.
Other: Excellent interpersonal as well as organizational skills
Preferred Experience: Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
