
Title: IT Service Desk/Application Support Technician
Location: Boise, ID 83702
Pay: $15 - 17/hr
Hours: Must be available from 6am - 6pm/7 days a week
Job Details:
General IT Service Desk skills and experience in areas such as Networking, Active Directory, Microsoft Application Suite, Win iOS, intermediate/advanced technical troubleshooting skills, and strong customer soft-skills. This customer has over 75+ applications that need support. Any prior application support experience is a PLUS!
Supporting large enterprise environments with end-user interaction, virtually, over the phone, and in-person if necessary. Primarily monitoring network systems and business critical applications (not a lot of troubleshooting involved). For instance, if a service or infrastructure device fails, the Data Center technicians will raise alerts and reach out to the service owners for instructions, etc.
Must be able to collaborate and work with teams.
