The Account Service Representative is responsible for the processing of lease transactions from application input to booking the transaction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct credit investigations and review pertinent documentation.
- Make and maintain direct contact with vendors, manufacturers, and lessees; perform daily computer entry of lease documentation.
- Responsible for billing, processing, and lease set-up; typing correspondence related to all transactions; answer the phone; calculating buyouts and upgrades; responding to vendor's and or lessee's questions and concerns; answering frequent messages and returning calls to vendors and or lessees'; processing purchase orders to vendors, if needed; creating and sending letters needed for booking; preparation of lease documents for presentation to lessees; follow-up for executed documents.
