Senior Accountant - Boston, MA

Our client, a private equity Real Estate firm based in the Greater Boston area is looking to continue rapid growth and is seeking a Senior Accountant for their busy Finance team. This role will involve accounting for the firm's investments throughout their life-cycle.

Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for preparing the investor reporting on a quarterly basis including the preparation of distributions for investors, reviewing monthly accounts prepared by property managers, dealing with the bank for loan drawdowns and monthly repayments, loan covenant testing, cash flow management and forecasting for the investments. This person will also have the interpersonal and organizational skills to collaborate with colleagues across offices (and continents) as new properties are acquired and enjoy a variety of project work as the company grows.  They will need to be a team player and support other members of the team as required.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel experience essential
• Use of QuickBooks
• Audit experience would we helpful
