The company is looking to offer the position to an ambitious individual with excellent customer service and organizational skills. If you can juggle multiple tasks at the same time while providing a positive experience for visitors, you will be a great fit for the position! As the front-desk coordinator your responsibilities include:
• Answering incoming phone calls and redirecting them to the proper lines
• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
• Receive, review and distribute incoming mail
• Provide general office support in the form of scheduling, filing, ordering supplies and researching tasks on the internet
