Anglian Water Terlton, OK (Onsite) Full-Time

**Technical Support Specialist** Salary- circa 25,500 depending upon skills and experience At Anglian Water, we are driven by our Purpose to bring environmental and social prosperity to the region we serve through our commitment to Love Every Drop. Our Information Services team has been undergoing an exciting transformation to modernise our practices, tools and platforms to enhance our services and ensure they are best positioned to play a proactive and value-orientated role across our business. A common theme is for our team members to work with agile and devops principles and practices, all underpinned by our always exploring mindset, where we value bravery, curiosity, a love of learning and are open to new ideas and ways of thinking. The transformation to date has been successful but we have more to do and we are looking for people with the right skills and behaviours to join us to continue this movement. This hands on role is paramount in ensuring that our assets are controlled and our users are trained, supported and getting the best from our devices and software. The key areas of focus will be setting up tablets and VR headsets, managing their logistics and logging their locations within our asset database. You will be supporting our users when they need help and carry out fault finding and rectification duties. You will get involved in exciting new technologies and have real input into device choice. **Key responsibilities include:** On the spot training, coaching and education on how to use and fully utilise/exploit devices, systems and applications (will include BIM360, Resolve VR to name just 2) Demonstrate and role model exceptional standards of customer service Experience of supporting Mobile devices and VR headsets IT asset management experience Experience of working in a customer facing role Experience in fixing hardware faults & issues With the above experience in line with our Company Behaviours, well need you to Build Trust with those you will work with, Do the Right Thing.
