RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Healthcare Project Manager in in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ). Summary: The Senior Healthcare Project Manager will support in launching a new platform to deliver its services and wellness programs. This role will oversee this effort from current phase (design) through implementation and warranty. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the hub for operational execution of a new technical platform
  • Prepare overarching project plan that includes program delivery, technical milestone and delivery, operational readiness and execution
  • Execute project plan to deliver platform and operational readiness, with quality, by contractually agreed upon dates
  • Document business and functional requirements for key platform components, communicate and partner with technical delivery teams to deliver requirements iteratively
  • Ensure platform and delivery meets regulatory and compliance guidelines and requirements
  • Serve as communication conduit for all business units who will interact with the new platform
  • Coordinate internal resources, clients, partners and third parties for the implementation and execution of projects
  • Ensure resource availability and coordinate appropriate allocation
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Establish and successfully maintain and manage relationships with clients, partners and appropriate stakeholders
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations at organizational meetings and reviews; Preparing and completing action plans; Ensuring service quality, and customer-service standards; Resolving problems; Completing audits; Identifying trends; Determining system improvements; Implementing change
  • Develop, implement and document internal processes in support of platform launch and sustainment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Healthcare technical experience/awareness experience such as FHIR platform and Google Health Cloud or similar platforms and systems
  • Deep Business Analysis experience including documentation of user stories, business requirement documents, use cases, and process flows
  • Experience with HIPAA, cms, cdc and general awareness of working in a highly regulated environment.
  • Strong Project Management experience in coordinating operational processes and capabilities around a new platform/technology delivery with ability to build the project plan, drive the schedule and empower decision making
  • Expertise working in regulated healthcare environments
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess high-level communication skills by expressing thoughts and information clearly and succinctly using proper business English and correct grammar; Communicates information in a tactful and positive manner at all times
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, facilitation and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in an open office environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - -Salesforce- experience a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus
