Classification: Human Resources Assistant

Compensation: $22.00 to $24.00 hourly

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant with outstanding analytical and communication skills to handle a variety of personnel related administrative tasks while providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

-Providing general administrative, clerical, and customer service support

-Organize new employee on-boarding orientation methods

-Update employee database logs

-Research the internet to uncover potential customers

-Prepare for I-9 audits

-Assisting upper management in HR department

-Sending out announcements and weekly updates

-Coordinating meetings and events

-Answering phones and routing calls

-Processing paperwork

-Managing files

-Preparing packets
-Experience in Human Resources

-Administrative experience

-Clerical experience

-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook proficiency

-Proficiency with HRIS Software

-Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills

-Scheduling/calendar management experience

-Multi-line phone experience
