General Clerk/Administrative Assistant
Solano County - California




We are looking for General Clerks and Administrative professionals for several opportunities in the Solano County area. These positions span from entry level to executive opportunities. Apply today to be considered for an interview.


General Duties(Varies by position):


  • Customer Service
  • Data Entry
  • Filing
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages, transfer calls
  • Reception/Greet Customers
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Basic to Advanced knowledge of MS Software: MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and record
  • Type, format and/or edit routine memos or other office documents
  • Ordering supplies
  • Other administrative duties as assigned (not limited to this description)


Skills:
  • Typing skills
  • Knowledge of MS software: MS Word, MS Excel, etc..
  • Computer skills
  • Customer Service
  • Previous Administrative experience

These openings are ideal for applicants with previous administrative experience.
