Job Description

Now Hiring – General Manager

 

Functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and
delivering a return on investment to both owner/operator Summit Management Group and Hard Rock International and property ownership. Verifies implementation of service strategy and initiatives with the
objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations, increased profit and market share.

Minimum of 6 years of Hotels management work experience required.

Prior work experience with lifestyle hotel product/brand strongly preferred.

Deep knowledge of local hospitality industry and culture.

High energy individual, with effective and influential people skills.
