: 6 months contract/ likely extensions Pay Rate:
$20/hr.- $22/hr. Customer Service experience is a requirement! Customer Service Assistants/ Specialists Identify and investigate testing abnormalities and security breaches, including score validity and secure material violations. Screens calls and responds to routine questions. Gathers and/or requests routine oral information from others such as internal/external staff, vendors, clients and/or customers. Conduct investigations regarding score validity including impersonation, copying, inappropriate communication. Confer with various stakeholders and advice on the resolution of exam irregularities Types correspondence and documents. Inputs and updates data in established spreadsheets and various database systems Performs other routine secretarial/clerical duties such as filing and photocopying. Document investigative actions, prepare documentary files by determining information relevant to each case, and recommend course of action based on evaluation of evidence Education and Experience
Associates/ Bachelor's degree of an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary Relevant Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in customer service in a call center environment is a MUST and good technical skills are needed Excellent oral, written/oral communication skills and MS Office proficiency is desired MS Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency is a requirement Excellent oral and written communication skills and great customer service skills are required Must be confident to handle professional conversations with clients and test takers and ability to effectively convey complex matters pertaining to security and fairness in testing to both experts and lay persons
Ability to work effectively independently in a fast-paced, changing environment Overall problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution capabilities
