Manages Trade Compliance Team
Builds the global Trade Compliance Team, leading a reorganization of the subsidiaries reporting into him/her in a matrixed environment.
Oversees and provides guidance to the trade compliance team in all day-to-day matters, including customer and transaction screenings, ECCN and HTS classifications, end-use/user restrictions, sanctions, export license determinations, drafting license applications, product qualification for preferential duty treatment under FTAs, customs broker management, antidumping/countervailing duties, and export compliance matters.
Consults with trade compliance and legal teams and external counsel as needed to resolve difficult legal compliance issues.
BS or BA degree and a minimum of 15+ years trade compliance administration experience
7+ years managerial experience.
