Our Dover, DE office is looking for a Part-time Clinical Educator! This Clinical Educator will be out in the field visiting clients’ homes alongside CNAs and HHAs. If you are a new nurse or are looking for a teaching opportunity, this could be the job for you!

As a Clinical Educator, your day may look like this:
Flexible, self-managing schedule to ensure completion of Home Health Aide skills competency
Managing and completing competency documentation to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Educate and mentor Certified Nurse's Assistants and Home Health Aides in client homes
Review and evaluate competencies for CNAs and HHAs
Build relationships with families to determine care needs and coordinate care with CNAs and HHAs
Perform in-home training or update in-home care plans as needed
Current RN license in good standing
Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare payors a plus
Instructional/educational experience a plus
Understand difference between CNA and HHA competencies
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
