SAP Hybris Leader (E-Commerce Functional Analyst) Memphis

Chronos Consulting’s client is one of the first pioneer furniture manufacturing companies to implement real digital shifts by mainly selling products via the internet. With a huge presence all across North America, we are seeking to fill a newly created position for a strong SAP Hybris Leader / E-commerce Functional Analyst to join their international team.

Home-based opportunity in either Utah or Tennessee, and working with teams located in Mexico and Canada. A relocation stipend can be provided for the right fit candidate.

Business travel will be required when it is safe to travel again. USA Passport required.

The Role:

1. Excelling in client-facing roles, setting, and managing client expectations.
2. Translating business requirements into technical objectives.
3. Communicating between all the involved areas to drive the successful delivery of the services and offers.
4. Understanding and integrating cultural differences and leading virtual cross-cultural, cross-border, and expanding global teams.
5. Advising in Best Practices on eCommerce and CRM from both a business and a technology standpoint.

The Requirements:

1. 8 – 10 years experience with strong knowledge in all SAP Hybris “clouds”.
2. CRM and online retail expertise.
3. Agile, scrum & sprints methodology hands-on experience.
