We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provided clerical support in the creation, execution, and strategizing efforts to fill positions at our community locations. The goal of our recruiting team is to hire and develop the very best individuals, supporting our communities and their residents with the highest quality of care and service.  As a Recruiting Administrative Assistant, you will provide support by organizing and expediting workflow in regards to all phases of community recruitment while fulfilling these and other necessary tasks and functions:
What You Will Be Doing: 
  • Manage the opening of job postings to ensure each position is using the most current and approved ad copy.
  • Contact qualified candidates, scheduling telephone screening, and following up with candidates as needed
  • Coordinate team calendar to facilitate scheduled interviews, by phone, Skype and face to face.
  • Monitor and Update Daily job requisitions and posted positions to ensure ads are effectively reaching candidate base.
  • Strategize for effective ad placement based on location and job board.
  • Coordinate with communities Daily to identify staffing requirements.
  • Post positions to appropriate job boards, company website, and other recruiting pages to find the best candidates for our communities.
  • Report weekly ad response and identify areas of concern.
  • Ensure communities are receiving & reviewing all qualified candidates for their requested positions
This position requires working closely with communities and home office team members, in a fast-paced environment, to assist in managing recruiting activities through sourcing with various job boards.
Qualifications Needed: 
  • Detail Oriented – must be able to manger the nuances of ad copy and posting requirements.
  • Organized – Must be able to track recruiting efforts and follow through with reporting requirement.
  • Adaptable - must be able to adapt quickly and easily to changing priorities
  • Energetic – must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and communicate effectively
  • Customer Centric – must have a warm, friendly and professional demeanor
  • Communication – must be able to communicate with a diverse customer base
  • Proficient – must have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and learn a variety of job board platforms quickly and effectively
