HR Benefits Analyst

  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Support of 401k plans plan questions with our call center team and escalated cases.  
  • Vendor management administration and accountability on performance with carriers. 
  • Weekly and semi-monthly funding analysis and administration of loans and contributions
  • Special project work related to this area driving continuous improvement, integrations, divestitures, etc.
  • Union negotiation programming and testing based on outcomes of contracts
  • File audit data analysis on a frequent and repetitive basis. 
  • Annual Salary Review & Short Term Incentive Program campaign validation lead related to 401k and other benefit plans. 
  • Back up support in Canada defined contribution plans as well as other areas of benefits in North America. 

  • College Degree
  • Excel skills are required - Advance skills required
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail, well organized, and strong customer service skills 
  • Ability to balance demanding workload
