Technical Writer III with Security Clearance

Mayvin is seeking a Senior Program Manager Technical Writer III to support the Financial Services Division's (FSD's) Assistant Director (AD) and Deputy Assistant Director (DAD) of the United States Marshals Service (USMS).
The Technical Writer must possess technical writing skills and nine-plus years of experience in policy development or project management.
Must be a U.S.
Citizen.
Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI) Responsibilities:
• Assists in managing, planning, coordinating, administering, and executing FSD and USMS programs at headquarters
• Oversees ongoing projects and collaborates with counterparts in other agencies as necessary
• Prepares correspondence, graphs, charts, metrics, and other data visualization for management review and signature
• Interprets existing rules, regulations, and USMS policies
• Develops and analyzes program resource requests to support operations
• Prepares various written materials, including reports, memoranda, and briefing papers for internal and external use
• Knowledge of federal regulations, analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal relations skills Qualifications:
• Holds a bachelor's degree and nine years of relevant specialized experience
• Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality
• Exhibits superior time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees and external sources
• Displays strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with adaptability to change Preferred Qualifications:
