The RN Nursing Services Manager of Emergency Department  will work at this progressive, expanding hospital that has been well established in the community for over 100 years.  

 The RN Nursing Services Manager of Emergency Department will join a dedicated, professional team of over 200 employees.  They will have the support of Registered Nurses, patient care technicians, ED Nurse Educators as well as a strong staff, many of which are CENs. 

The RN Nursing Services Manager of Emergency Department job requirements leadership experienced  in the Emergency Department, have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred to have Graduate degree in Nursing, Business or Health Administration , working knowledge of accreditation, safety, quality improvement, shared governance and project management and ability to demonstrate participatory leadership style, successful strategic planning & analytic problem solving.  This role provides leadership for the Trauma Program by supporting the Trauma Coordinator in building relationships within the trauma team and participates in quality performance improvement activities.
