T2S Solutions, LLC, a veteran owned small business, currently has an opening for an Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing / Space (APNT/S) Cross Functional Team (CFT) Liaison (LNO) to the Headquarters, Department of the Army G-2 (DA G-2) at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the APNT/S CFT LNO to DA G-2 in all matters pertaining to CFT-related efforts

  • Provide recommendations to APNT/S CFT Signature Effort Leads leadership as well as DA G-2 Leadership

  • Proactively seek to integrate learning objectives across operations for the APNT/S CFT

  • Maintain and refine knowledge of current and future ISR and Intelligence network architectures

  • Leverage existing and emerging Tactical and Commercial Network technologies into the APNT/S CFT supported efforts (Space, APNT, Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR), Electronic Warfare (EW) and High Altitude (HA)

  • Coordinate with APNT/S CFT, PEO IEW&S, DA G-2, and others to develop an enduring Army Program of Record (PoR) for Tactical Space, including the following supporting tasks:

  • Coordinate on the staffing and approval of support agreements

  • Assist in the coordination of funding actions

  • Coordinate and participate in the update and development of Procurement; and Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation budget exhibits (P and R Forms)

  • Coordinate and participate in APNT/Space CFT, PEO IEW&S, DA G-2 and TENCAP Program Objective Memorandum (POM) planning and execution efforts

  • Assist in the facilitation of CFT, PEO, and DA G-2, and TENCAP Congressional support

  • Fully integrate into the APNT/Space CFT Battle Rhythm

  • Advise the APNT/Space CFT Director and staff on capabilities and limitations, key leaders and other personnel, history of initiatives and programs of record, and Planning, Programming and Budget Execution. Answer or find the answer to questions posed by APNT/S CFT personnel and share experiences / insights working within the Defense Acquisition System by providing inputs to the SPAR and POM development process.

  • Participate in meetings, VTCs, planning sessions, and demonstrations as needed

  • Effectively monitor, coordinate and communicate strategic objectives and the modernization roadmap

  • Duties include negotiating with others, developing and fostering relationships, getting people to understand others' points of view, to aid with developing a cohesive team with consistent messages that impacts all stakeholders and warfighters

Qualifications and Skills

  • Active DoD Security Clearance Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • 15+ years of experience in relevant competencies showing demonstrated increased responsibilities and successes

  • Knowledge of current and future ISR and Intelligence network architecture

  • Knowledge of existing and emerging Tactical and Commercial Network technologies

  • Knowledge of Army modernization efforts including those supported (or sponsored) by the DA G2 and APNT/S CFT efforts (ISR, Space, APNT, NAVWAR, and EW)

  • Must possess relevant operational experience while serving at multiple echelons within Army organizations

  • Must possess operational experience executing the operations process, fires process, intelligence collection, management, and execution
