Accounts Payable Specialist
Classification: Accounts Payable Clerk
Compensation: $65000.00 to $75000.00 yearly
Our client in the Woodbridge area is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing Finance team. This is a newly created position and a great opportunity to join an exciting environment where you can make a true impact on a fast-moving business and patient lives. Key responsibilities
- Carry out additional projects as required
- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it
- Provide support to internal business partners
- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department
- Complete full-cycle A/P
- Provide internal and external audit assistance as required
- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
- Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies
