Major responsibilities - Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees - Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties - Answer telephone calls and return voicemails - Greet and guide visitors

Job Requirements

- Skills in internet research - Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred - Good understanding of Excel Formulas - Practical knowledge of Daily Reconciliation - Knowledge of Answering Multi-Line Phone System - Answer Inbound Calls experience - Adeptness in Answering Inquiries - Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) - Proficiency in Phone Screens - General familiarity with cash reconciliations - Front Desk Duties experience highly preferred - Demonstrated knowledge of account reconciliation - Foundational knowledge in Phone System - Earlier work involving Microsoft Excel - Background working with Microsoft Excel - Excellent oral and written communication skills We are a creative, dynamic company seeking an ambitious individual to come join our growing company.
